With more than 25 years of experience across philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and fundraising strategy, Nicole brings a culturally grounded lens and deep expertise advising Black philanthropists whose giving is shaped by legacy, community, and a commitment to equity. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, purpose, and social impact—helping donors transform generosity into sustainable change.
Nicole has led national organizations, secured major philanthropic investments, and advised both emerging and established donors on structuring their giving with clarity and intention. She approaches philanthropy as both a strategic discipline and a way of honoring the people and places that shape us.
